About Mumbai Metro Line 3

The construction of the Mumbai Metro Line 3, or the Mumbai Metro Aqua Line, is being implemented by the Mumbai Metropolitan Development Authority (MMRDA) and operated by the Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MMRCL). The metro line from Cuffe Parade and Aarey Colony was announced as a Joint Venture between the Central Government (Government of India) and the State Government (Government of Maharashtra) with a 50:50 sharing ratio. Mumbai Metro Line 3: Connectivity
